Buyer reserved an item on 21aug19 and arranged for meetup on 1sep19. Sent messages on 31aug19 and 1sep19 to confirm meetup but buyer did not bother to reply despite seen online. If you do not wish to get an item, do not reserve and just need a basic courtesy to inform that you have some reasons for not being able to meet up.
