Fast and decisive

Decisive and no haggling. Thank you!

friendly and very knowledgeable on fishing gears, highly recommended for reels and rod repairs 👍

Alan really knows his stuff! He removed all the parts from the reel and taken the effort to explain each of the parts to me and advised me on what is required to be changed. The repair of both of my reels goes well! Will definitely look for him again to service my reels! 👍👍👍
