Replied very quickly and is super easy to correspond with. Did not disclose that camera has a tendency to hang/freeze, but it's nothing too intolerable :)

Follow-up review

NEVER MIND, camera freezes a LOT to the point that it's very inconvenient and almost unusable. Would not have purchased had I known. I understand these are (allegedly) for college funds, but the lack of transparency will just hurt your credibility in the long run. Do NOT recommend.
