No deal has been made. I accepted the offer but no payment was done

1. I don’t agree that the release of payment will be instructed to the bank (through escrow) when the vessel left Manila to Bohol. 2. The proposed payment of putting up an escrow as a mode of payment for our piano is not acceptable.
