Hi, I sincerely apologize for the incident. My account was hacked and taken over by scammers at that time. I just regained access after an investigation by the SPF. I fully understand your frustration and can send you the official SPF report and unfreezing records via chat as proof. I am a legitimate user trying to restore my account. I would really appreciate it if you could consider removing this review. Thank you!
