[System Feedback] This user has an ongoing unresolved transaction for an item sold that is not delivered.

I will not be buying from this seller again. Not upfront about additional cost (taxes) till after we settled on a price. I was told the plant was “potted with soil” but it came bare roots. Worst, poor handling/packaging. Poor plant was squeezed into a narrow box. Originally perfect leaves ended up with tears and a crease line! Nil reply from seller post-sale even after polite reminders to do so
