Mr Tay is the most skilful and experienced plumber I have come across. He managed to resolve an issue that 3 other plumbers couldn't! He went the extra mile to thoroughly verify and resolve my leaking tap issue, and assisted with electrical works with speed and precision. Reliable and quality work, at very reasonable cost.
