Should have settled on the spot any issues. Don't after take item then ask for 50% refund for a yellowish box. This is not a new item... I even suggested a full refund and even offered to go down to self collect back the item. It was refused. Full refund refused but ok for 50% refund....I don't understand I think I've been reasonable enough.
