like the cardigan?

Gave wrong measurement, the bust of the dress bought is apparently 29" but was told 32". Dropped a message and comment but was removed and never replied. Obviously the dress wasn't been measured at all. This is on top of taking two weeks to post the dress which I didn't mind but feel deceived with what I received then.
