Shipping was delayed from seller's side. Then the courier (LBC) erroneously charged an exorbitant fee which I only learned upon claiming. Inspite of shipping issues, I would still consider Tina as a fairly good seller, always polite and has been very apologetic of what happened. She was also generous enough to cover for LBC's blunder. Moreover, I'm pleased the items I bought are original & bnew.
