Item was defective and wasnt given a choice to get a full refund instead 2/3 of the item amount. Sadly I wont be patronising again with the dealer
Unjustified rating. Compensation (2/3 of actual price) was given such that I made a loss on that defective item. I do not regret the amount of compensation given that the bag was left to be kept by buyer, and only a zip that will be rarely used was damaged. I could have very well ignored completely and made off with the profit.
