[System Feedback] This user has an ongoing unresolved transaction for an item received that has not been paid for.

THIS BUYER IS SCAMMER. I was nice to this buyer. I even gave discount and freebie. But after I shipped the item, they just “SEENED” my message asking for the remaining shipping fee of 175PHP but did not respond back. And after they received the item, I even called/texted their number but nothing. Been waiting for 3 days already, and still nothing, gone with the wind. God bless your poor soul.
