DO NOT BUY FROM STEPHANIE LEDDIN. I sent her money via PayPal 3 weeks ago and never heard from her again. I have sent numerous messages since asking her if she has posted my item and she has ignored them. I should have checked her other reviews before purchasing - she only listed a stock shot of the item and I now realise I’ve been duped. I don’t think the item even exists but she’s taken the money. Shame, this is my first negative experience on Carousell. I have reported her to Carousell.

Asked numerous times for tracking number. She said the tracking number was ‘at work’ and she couldn’t get it but package should arrive next week.. package never came. Ignores messages... Pathetic!

Would not recommend this seller to anyone. Did not receive my item. After so many messages to try and get my item to be shipped only to have her tell me she did but didn’t, is not on. I understand things happen but your service is horrible. I had to go through PayPal to retrieve my money back.

Purchased item as shown in photos and as described, agreed to the no return unless defective policy and changed her mind when received. Left me negative feedback to be cruel and nasty. I don’t like buyers like this, being horrible for no reason.
