seller had a "dispute" warning from carousell but based on their reviews I decided to buy from them anyway they didn't communicate in a timely manner (see pics). they would say they would ship it but they never gave a tracking no. and apparently had j&t issues altho I did eventually get the item + a freebie, the whole experience could have been better if they overly-communicated issues/updates

Initially rated them 3/5 which I think is fair for the whole experience but they rated me 1/5 because apparently they "updated me everyday" based on their review of me which my review of them's stamps obviously show that's a lie just take accountability please. btw the seller didn't refund part of my sf when we changed couriers but whatever lol

Our communication seem fined during the transaction and I thought we were on the same page, thats why i gave you a freebie (as a token of appreciation for waiting) I was surprised to receive a low star rating from you because out of all my customers, you're the only one who gave a low star. The delay was due to courier side while i was waiting for the waybill. Hindi ko po deserve ang 1 star niyo! But anw ty
