Kind-of disappoited with the deal. The Dress has a hole and we agreed on $10 refund and suddenly she just said she'll remail me my paperbag skirt and stuff. I am just so disappointed.

Gonna keep it as simple as possible; Deal is delayed for longest time ever from meetups to +$4 reg postage. Didnt mail the item for long w reasons; overseas, busy, exams, moving hse. Gt pissed off tht i asked for refund. Agreed to refund if she didnt mail the next day((which she didnt)). Been asking for refund for days but no reply/mia despite blue ticks and being online lmao. Confirmed item and became very unresponsive. I have to keep chasing her for payment for the past 8 days, I packed her item in a mailing bag so I could mail it as soon as payment is made. In the end she opted for meet up and did not reply to my messages.
