買家放飛機 🥲 交收當日上午, 賣家於上午 9:40 am 聯絡買家希望再次確認交收事宜, 買家於上午約 9:40 am - 10:40 am 先要求更改原交收時間 (28/5 中午 12:30 pm 中環地鐵站A出口), 然后買家於雙方再三確認後嘅新交收時間(28/5 晚上 6:30 pm 中環地鐵站A出口)未有到達/安排他人代替到達交收地點, 賣家於大概 6:25 pm 至 6:53 pm 之間曾多次聯絡買家但買家未有任何回覆… 賣家於交收地點等候約 20 分鐘後離開, 取消相關交易並留下負評 👎🏼 因為交收前賣家已經再三與買家確認交收時間地點, 如果真的有急事來不了, 買家完全可以提早通知賣家再安排其他時間交收, 所以買家好大機會應該係故意放飛機 🤔 當然, 可能今次係個別事件, 希望下次有機會順利交收 😅
