tried helping me find a replacement cus the item is wrong but overall nice experience replied quickly

Follow-up review

Told me they would help me find a replacement but went abit mia afterwards also told me it would take around 1 week for the replacement to come and that was on 12/8 Augest last online 5 days ago which would've been 29/8 but hasn't given me an update on whether the item has arrived.
