I admit I wrote her block number wrongly but postal code and unit number were correct. That alone is usually enough for the item to be delivered in my recent experience. Very disappointed with this buyer's apparent dishonesty just because the item was delivered to her after I gave her a refund...

The parcel that never came. She actually said that it was okay to "send out parcels without stamps cause they dont check" when I asked her whether she affixed the stamp. Used her dad as an excuse to forget whether she did or not, and suddenly remembered that she did. Please deal at your own risk :)
