pcs arrived fast but it came stained... asked for very small refund for this defect (only asked for $2 refund btw.) and seller said no. he/she said I either have to mail the whole set back & will provide me with a full refund, or no refund at all. was also asked to top up $3 for mailing when mailing for pcs is only $1.50 max... not a very pleasant experience but thanks for the pcs I guess? :/
from my pov: mailing cost is $3 bcos i included 4 toploaders for her, plus a padded envelope, and the stamp itself. i think its unfair to imply that im irresponsible because i offered a full refund if she returned the pcs to me, and i offered to pay for the mailing costs back too. im alr making a loss by selling the item at $35, and a $2 refund is a even greater loss, esp since im cash tight now. im just leaving this for my future buyers to see, so they will not doubt my credibility. tq! 🙂
