I appreciate that there might be a misunderstanding. From your latest reply, you did receive my message stating that I had firm arrangements to meet a buyer, and therefore could only get back to you in the case of no-show. Being new to this, it is difficult to tell btw inquiry and real intent, where on their own, definitions are hard to pin down. If there is a standard protocol, pls do share.
