rachel was very patient and encouraging throughout the whole process of doing forward & backward rolls, will definitely engage in her services again!

High quality

I brought my 5yo daughter to Rachel to learn some basic gymnastic skills. Rachel uses good progressions. So while my daughter won’t learn a cartwheel after a single lesson, I feel that if we practice and continue with the lessons, she will progress quite quickly. Thanks Rachel!

Engaged a private gym coach for my girl as she has been unable to do a proper cartwheel despite attending group gym classes for a year. My girl is able to perform cartwheels after attending two classes with Ms R. Thank you for the help!! Very friendly and knowledgeable coach 👍🏻
