Bought the safety gate, never expect such safety gate is not meant for staircase. I offered to return back to seller but he refused to accept. Make sure you ask tonnes of questions if you really want to buy things from this seller. I will never deal with this kind of seller if I knew he/she is like that. How do I sell this to other people when I know it is not working well ?

Have advise buyer to adjust the knob on both side but buyer refused to even try. Insisted and claim that the gate is faulty but the gate is working perfectly fine. What if she was the one who damage it during installation? Such a fussy buyer, she should buy a brand new one from the retail store instead. Keep lowballing the price and have to accommodate her request of return if item is not working whereby it is working fine before it left my place.
