Traded an item with her via mail last April. However, I never received my item.

did trades, everything was smooth, seller is nice too :) however after I mailed out, there isn't any news of the mailed parcel. Asked if she had mailed/received my item,and for my picture proof to avoid misunderstandings, seller c l a i m e d to NOT receive my item too. 0 RESPONSE FOR MY PICTURE PROOF. Too coincidental that both parcels are lost + no proof ?? Will edit this feedback when I get my picture proof(at least) or the items I trade for or if I get a response regarding this matter
