Engagement ring 0.56 carat diamond

S$1,800

Seller agreed to sell the item at the stated price of $500 which he posted and Accepted my offer. Seller informed me that I had to pay another $50 for delivery once offer was accepted and claimed that no self collection. When I disagreed to paying extra, seller offered to cancel deal and immediately changed his sale price to $600 so he could sell higher. Unethical, beware, I have SS to prove.
