Buyer requested a refund claiming item is faulty after 3 weeks, after wearing it multiple times. Can judge for yourself if this is a request/type of buyer that you’d like to entertain.
i wore it once and the item kept falling off? Even if worn multiple times how many times could i have worn the item in the past 3 weeks for the clasp to be completely loosened? the item could not have spoiled within the past 3 weeks no? therefore proves u didnt double check quality and state of item before selling and thats irresponsible. Understand that u dont do refunds but i expected u to admit ur fault at least
