my curtains shrunk after dry clean, I did not pay yet, conversations about how to properly resolve this got ignored. they are quick to get my business (arranged next day pick up), but failed to follow up when they forgot my rental curtains.

Curtains delivered on the 4th day as agreed. The curtains were weighed in front of me and they charged only for the exact weight (12.4kg). The guy who came to collect and deliver the curtains completed his job efficiently in a matter of 10-15 mins and left. Their charges are reasonable, highly recommended.
