Great communication
Excellent seller! Very responsive, courteous, and easy to deal with. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and he readily provided actual photos and all the details I requested. He also accommodated a same-day transaction and made everything very convenient. Item was exactly as described and properly packaged. Highly recommended seller--would gladly transact with him again.

I would like to sincerely thank you for the fast and efficient same-day transaction. The promptness of the service was truly appreciated. Sir Jeff was very hands-on in demonstrating and setting up the machine, ensuring that everything was clear and properly installed. His thorough guidance made the process smooth and reassuring.

Follow-up review
updating my previous review. after the transaction, buyer falsely accused me of selling fake items despite agreeing to my terms and confirming actual photos before dispatch. buyer stated last night that he is not refunding while continuing to make accusations without proof and using inappropriate language. this experience was disappointing and unfair. First time giving bad review also.
8 months ago (edited)I stand by my review. After receiving the item, I pointed out the differences. I raised the issue privately and respectfully, even gave the seller the opportunity to resolve the matter privately before leaving a feedback. Unfortunately, instead of offering a proper solution such as refund or return, I was given various excuses including a payment for a hospital bill of a sick family member. My review was written to share my honest experience so other buyers can make informed decisions.
