Contacted Ode to Joy via carousell and they were responsive and very helpful. Especially when I wanted to customise a cluster of balloons but didn't know what combination or colours would work, they patiently guided me through the selection and offered me suggestions. Though I had 7 to 9 balloons in mind, they eventually proposed getting 5 (with different variety) though it meant less biz for them. Glad that they were professional and friendly in discussing what would work. Great svc & pdt!
