Unreasonable buyer. Complained about late delivery even though it was clearly stated that items will take 2.5 weeks to arrive. Accused me of mailing all 4 of her covers together when I collected postage fees twice, but prices were already inclusive of postage fees so I didn't charge her twice. Also, she was the one who requested for me to mail all 4 covers together. Overall an unpleasant deal, deal with this fussy buyer at your own risk.
