Beware Buyer Feel cheated!! Bought a new Jansport bag as stated. Very disappointing the base is quite dirty & label inside the bag curled up & faded as it has been used. Overall condition of the bag is bad! Not a honest person too. She was aware my daughter is using her savings to buy yet she got the chit to cheat on a young girl! Using the same tactics 'am sick' 'battery flat' when asked abt the delayed postage. Lied item was mailed on Tue but we checked w Singpost it was mailed 2 days later
