sold me a kanken bag - item was delivered on time and seller was super prompt with mailing BUT the item had a HUGE crack down the middle of the logo that literally splits the logo into half. The logo is also chipped off at the top and had several faded spots. This was completely unmentioned by the seller and the only visible defect in the rlp was the faded spots which resembled a glare from the photo flash. Informed seller - did not get a reply even tho she marked item as sold afterwards...
