It is absolutely outrageous! I am generous enough to give her four stars before, however, the sellers is giving me a really bad return and doesn’t tell the truth that she did not reveal any bad situation about the condition of the books. That’s absolutely irresponsible. Think twice before you trade to her, otherwise you will suffer a great loss.
