I would not recommend this seller. Item was listed as brand new, but the serum came out on the first pump, whereas a new bottle usually needs several pumps before product comes out. The serum looked dark orange/brown, and the bottle did not seem full. The condition made me uncomfortable and did not match what I expected from a brand-new product.
Follow-up review
Your suggestion of shaking the bottle is unlikely to change a dark orange/brown serum back to its original lighter colour. Kiehl’s official instructions also do not say to shake before use. If the colour has darkened due to oxidation or ageing, shaking would not reverse that change. A clean nozzle alone also does not prove the product was unused, as it can be wiped clean.
Kiehl's Eye Serum (Brand New)
S$55
Hi, i did not open to use and it is brand new as sent in the photo to you previously. The mouth of the pump was clean. If any pump was made, it will have residue which there isn't. This is also verified by you before dealing. Plus You may want to shake the bottle before using. Also, you could have reach out to me clarify which you did not. Neither did you check the product before you left. Also that is the colour of the serum as I sold a used serum to another buyer previously
