Seller was prompt in reply and accomodated to timing. Only downside is item's upholstered fabric at the bottom of the chair had all come out. Informed seller the next day, as item was advertised as hardly used. But, seller reverted that the relative had not checked the conditionand did not reply to any rebates etc. So quite disappointing.
