Hidden jem. Sent 2 high-end bikes with loads of faults ranging from jammed brakes to annoying squeaks, 1 being full Durace and the other being full SRAM Force AXS etap. Both bikes returned within 4 days with all issues addressed. Drivetrain ran buttery smooth. Look beyond the home based set up as the quality here is superb.
