Second transaction with this seller. This time I did not receive the item, there was nothing inside the envelope. The seller did not respond to this issue. 👎🏻

I sent it to you on 24/4 and you told me u hv not received it on 16/5..in case you didn’t receive it then why dont you ask me once you received it? Why you told me about this only when i tried to confirm u have recieved it. Also I have taken photo of the complete and tapped envelope with charms before i dropped it into the post box Lastly i would like to say i dont have any duty to check the mailbox of carousell 24/7,,,u just inbox me abt this issue three days before which im not in hk

11/16 更新- 今日收到貨，謝謝！ 10月22日要求我過數$360（兩隻alice+olivia 杯）並留貨比我，話下星期會寄貨！我都係一星期至追你一次，但你就一星期推一星期話搬屋未unpack所以未寄貨！到11月6號再追唔覆，到11月9日我再話唔寄貨就退錢！賣家才覆話晌大陸，要星期六日才回港可退錢！直到今日11月12日星期日，仍未收到退款！ 😡😡😡 賣家一直拖左3星期都未發貨！收左人錢，唔係要我個個星期係咁追你發貨呀！直到而家貨又未寄，錢又未退，好過份！😡😡😡
