The seller does not respond to messages, and the item description was not accurate. The photos did not clearly show that the bag was damaged. Before purchasing, I specifically asked about its condition, and the seller replied that it was "the same as in the photos, only with scratches." However, when I received the bag, I found that it had obvious damage in addition to the scratches.
