She has negotiated the price, put on an offer, accepted by me as a seller, all within a day. She claimed that she will need to collect the item on the day itself, so we had to rush to get all logistic done to prepare for collection. Just 10min from collection time, she asked to reschedule. The next day gotten hubby to msg to forfeit the deal. Under t&c once seller accept your offer, you are to complete it with good faith, unless exceptional circumstances. My price didnt change, what changed? Bad
