I found the item was defective on the very first use (the kettle has a serious leak on one side), nothing of this was mentioned in the description. I advised the seller right away, and try to see if I could keep it as is to avoid the hassle of returning it but I found the leak was getting worse and worse. I asked the seller if I could return it, but she did not want to take responsibility for this and declined. I just filed a case, I do not recommend this seller.
