They were very responsive, and catered to special requests, such as making two components for keys and one bunch to be able to be covered so as to prevent it from scratching my paintwork on my motorcycle. Alas, the button- clip wore out. I contacted the vendor and he was immediate in responding. He asked me to send it by mail, and within a week, repaired the component.
