I tell her to check the bag first but she didn’t after the facetrade she’s now complaining

She send me the parcel with a lot of defects not accurate on the pictures posted on her timeline at the same time she’s seeing my message but not responding on it she will tell me that she’s on her work but she manage to seen my message and then im already paid for almost 2 days and didn’t receive the parcel yet? What would i expect? Then if she doesn’t want give me discount its up to her it wasn’t my fault she can tell me no and wait for another buyer how come it was my fault ? So funny
