Appreciated the seller’s willing to use the Carousell delivery service instead of having to arrange a meet up. However, the items were not properly packaged and protected and were damaged in the delivery process. One section of the dismantled frame was broken into two pieces and one small corner of a puzzle piece was broken off. It’s unfortunate, but could have been prevented by better packing.
