buyer left an offer on 28 Aug and we were discussing trade date/time, then suddenly there was no answer. I followed up on 1 Sep to ask if still interested, buyer indicated yes. then disappeared again. On 6 Sep buyer suddenly came back to advise no longer needed.
I’m afraid we did not agree on any trade commitment/ trade schedule. Apology that I simply forgot to cancel my offer but this seller strangely accept my offer without any trade transaction between us!
約時間時又要就佢地點時間，專登搭車去佢要求的地點卻no show ! 等左20分鐘都吾見人！中間不停問佢係邊都冇反應，難怪之前已經有人劣評佢！其實吾想買，可以提早講而吾係要人專登去等佢20分鐘都冇一句回覆！
