Found out there was some torn part on the bottom carriage compartment which was quite badly sewn up only onsite. This was not highlighted during the discussion but only brought up by the seller's husband when came to have a look. Stroller had some smell amd wheels doesnt look under utilised and light used. Bought it nonetheless as needed it urgently and seller was willing to lower price.
