verbal offer for $10 discount on 18 May. agreed to it. told him to make an offer to confirm the purchase but he didn't. he promised to come on Sunday. when asked if he is really coming, he went MIA. He contacted again 25 May to confirm the purchase. he made an offer. promised to collect on 26 May. I left the item outside the unit. he did not reply to my msgs at all. wasted my freaking time.
