The item is 100% new and unused. It is not broken as claimed. We deal because buyer agreed after I sent pictures as requested. An item which only cost $5 and buyer expect it to be in ‘high quality’. She asked me whether she can get a refund, and I replied her once item is sold, cannot refund and apologized for my oversight. But she still boldly sent her account number and insisted to get $5 refund. Terrible and rude buyer.
