The seller was very fast and responsive, and shipped the next day. However, upon receiving I found that the body cream which is supposed to be thick (from the official store), was instead very runny and basically liquid. Just opening the cap, the product leaks out. I’m not sure if the product is original, maybe it has just gone bad. Fortunately, the seller agreed to a partial refund.

Follow-up review

I paid 20 for this including shipping. I have provided evidence, giving a 3 star review and being kind. Seller gave me 1 star, saying that I scammed her for a lower price for an item I can’t even use! I got a 50% partial refund! The product had a defect, yes. But the seller only stated the defect was the broken cap outside, shown in the listing which would not affect the product inside! Horrible.

Customer already been told upfront that the item is defect but still want to proceed, after received the items, she said that she doesnt satisfied and asked for refund and threatened to leave review. Not worth it to deal with her, might be scam to get a lower price for the item. If u want perfect conditions item, maybe you should buy a new item, fussy customer.
