All shops have terms and condition, we have dealt with the customer, we offer refund but our t&c needs the box back to return to supplier, customer insist and said that they already have thrown the box, say that we are trying to cheat but we won't bother to explain and offer refund if we just want to cheat.. we would've just ignore the msg.. but we didn't. hope you understand..
U forgot to mention u guys insist its brand new but the condition of the box was tattered which I sent u pic. We threw away the box cause it was a gift. And u guys says it brand new but the part may have been left in the warehouse meaning the box was opened? If its brand new why would the box be opened. This was admitted by ur own guys. Its not about getting back the money I dun care for that. I only want the part that was missing. Why do I have to return the whole thing to get the missing parts
