Made an offer and backed out. Not recommended buyer. Said can make it anytime on Saturday and while negotiating a timing decided to just cancel the deal. Trigger the offer only after you are comfortable with price and deal location and timing next time

Sure. But don't you think you should also indicate the sizes are NOT exactly accurate like many sellers do? Due 'diligence' is for both parties. The XL was way too small. Thanks.
