Seller was unresponsive during the Return/Refund process. She asked to receive the item first before making the refund. I know we are being careful pero ako nga bayad muna bago niya pinadala yung item eh. Nagbayad ako ng delivery fee TWICE; I don’t get her distrust on me when ako nga payment dito, delivery fee doon 2x. Anyways, this is a lesson learned. Never again 👎🏼
